If you want to increase your health literacy so that you may understand your place and options within our healthcare system, or if you desire the need to increase your culinary skills to achieve healthy nutrition that helps you best enjoy life.

We will focus on building your awareness or consciousness to become aware of yourself as well as your habits.
Balance
After becoming aware of yourself and your habits, you can then begin to learn how to balance out your actions or habits as wellas your other forms of expressions that affect your well-being.
Rhythm
Once you can regulate yourself naturally. You then can begin to work on making your new found habits consistent with your values, what you think, and what you say. That way you can live a life linked with your biorhythm.

I always wanted to be a doctor after I got into High School. But I didn't become one. Instead I chose to allow life to guide me. A question like that makes you think, he must have lost his mind. Have you ever lost your mind? So, Welcome to my crazy story of how losing my mind helped me to find myself. Finding myself to be a Chronic Wellness Coach. Believe it or not as a Chronic Wellness Coach, I have been through a lot. Including losing my mind. But it was in that madness that I found myself. Just like Nietschize. And like him I expanded on the concepts of good and evil. As well as what is beyond it. In order to create a coaching philosophy that makes you go beyond such limitations.
The Last Classes
We currently are working on constructing our first course, Chakra Yoga. That will showcase our innovative way of acquiring balance in the Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual Wellness dimensions as we work toward our chronic health. Other aspects of dimensions of wellness will be worked on during our different courses. We also offer our brand new free group coaching program that is centered around Resilience. This free program is a prelude to our project Intense Spiritual Burn one-on-one sessions. Where all of these showcases of service include the use of the philosophy that brought me to my lifestyle and coaching philosophy. The book, The Last Way, will be coming soon.
