Have you ever wondered how successful change can be achieved without too much effort? Well, look no further than Resilience. After talking with multiple people online as well as in real life. I came to the conclusion that a lot of people aren't resilient. That's the main reason they usually do not see things through. Which is why change usually doesn't occur.

Too much huffing and puffing about wanting change or wanting to change doesn't actually cause change, it just causes you to talk about or think about change.

So what happens when you actually do take action to change? Things tend to become a lot more difficult and challenging than you originally thought and so you feel like giving up. Why? Because it's easier to do what feels comfortable. So I thought, why not launch a free program to help people learn how to prepare to be comfortable with being uncomfortable? This coaching program will be free and based on the book, " The Undefeated Mind". It also will introduce my coaching philosophy to the world as well as the coaching brand. This course will not include a lot of work as it is a simple foundation setter. What it will include is a free 1 hr-1hr 30-minute coaching session about identifying your mental blockages and what causes you to have doubt when achieving your goals.

We will follow our coaching model of the holistic view as well as incorporate our organization's representation of the new healthcare system that we believe will assist society. It is a 10-session, 10-week program, virtual integration ( where your interaction is done digitally, and the more you interact, the more you get out of it) program that is 1 task completion per day for a certain wellness dimension. It is meant for those struggling with self-doubt and blockages of the mind or body or soul.





The Book Focus



The Undefeated Mind is a book about overcoming. A book where a Buddhist doctor details how he overcame his life challenges, assisted patients to overcome their life challenges and then wrote a book about how he was able to achieve success.
